VENUS MEDTECH JV WITH HEALIUM MEDICAL TO ENTER INTO RDN TREATMENT

On Jun 30th, 2021, Venus Medtech (Hangzhou) Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive interventional heart valve therapy solutions in China, is pleased to announce the formation of a joint venture company, namely Renaly Ltd (Renaly) with Healium Medical Ltd. (Healium), an Israeli high technology company, to introduce the renal artery denervation (RDN) innovative system of Healium, and research and develop, manufacture and commercialize RDN products worldwide. Venus Medtech will be a controlling shareholder of Renaly.
